The entrance lobby is fabulous, but the rooms need updating. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions, though the noise level from neighboring bars was a drawback.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although in need of a refurbishment, were relatively quiet with double-glazed windows when closed. However, I was surprised to find out that amenities were dispensed from a machine in reception that we were not informed about. Considering the price, the room was acceptable.
The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to the plaza filled with lots of activities. The rooms were spacious enough and had a pleasant view as the neighboring area, although noise could be heard with an open window. The wardrobe was not noisy. The service was outstanding, catering to a variety of needs from room service to tour assistance. The hotel's location was exceptional, surrounded by numerous restaurants and just a short 5-minute walk from the cathedral, offering superb views, especially at night. However, the hotel can be a bit tricky to find due to the one-way system. The dining experience, while convenient with nearby cafes, was lacking in supplies and management considering the number of guests. The hotel boasts various facilities that enhance the overall stay.
